La formation finlandaise metal folk Korpiklaani se produira en tête d'affiche pour le Paganfest Européen 2009 courant septembre-octobre. Les autres groupes présents sont DIE APOKALYPTISCHEN REITER, UNLEASHED, ALESTORM, EX DEO (nouveau groupe du frontman Maurizio Iacano de KATAKLYSM) et BLACKGUARD.
